Comments and Suggestions

Patients’ comments and suggestions are always welcome. Your feedback allows us to understand your views and to continue improving the service we provide.

We have a ‘Comments and Complaints’ box at the entrance of the surgery building for comments and suggestions.

You can also provide anonymous feedback about your visit to the practice through The NHS Friends and Family test or on the NHS Choices website or via iWantGreatCare Website.

We would also like to invite you to our Patient Participation Group (PPG) should you wish discuss key topics with us, learn more about the practice and voice your views and ideas in our meetings. 

 

Complaints

If you have a complaint about the practice, please follow guidance and advice on how to make a complaint and how the complaints procedure works. The practice takes complaints very seriously and patient views are very important to us.
