Prescription requests and COVID-19

The Practice no longer accepts paper based prescription request from patients. Please contact your Pharmacy and ask them to request prescriptions from the practice on your behalf. The practice will process your prescriptions electronically and you no longer need to collect a paper based prescriptions from us. If you do not have a nominated Pharmacist then please contact us so we can arrange electronic prescriptions for you.

Appointments and COVID-19

Due to the current growth in potential cases of the Coronavirus and under guidance from Public Health England we have reviewed our appointment system with the aim to minimise risk amongst our patients, staff and wider community. Same day appointments will not be bookable by patients without the patient first being triaged by a clinician. Face to face appointment booking via our online systems has also been suspended.
